Plan a bulk QR code project
GenerateQR currently creates and sells one static QR file set at a time. It does not offer CSV upload, batch export, an API, or volume plans. Use this workflow to prepare a batch accurately before producing each approved code.

Step 1
Build a source sheet
Keep one row per code with a unique ID, destination, owner, and intended print location.
Step 2
Validate destinations
Open every URL, confirm mobile usability, and add campaign parameters only when your own analytics needs them.
Step 3
Create and name files
Generate each code from its approved row and use the same unique ID in the PNG, SVG, and PDF filenames.
Step 4
Test before production
Scan representative prints at their final size, distance, material, lighting, and expected wear level.
Recommended spreadsheet columns
- Unique ID and filename
- Approved destination or encoded content
- Campaign/source label
- Print size and placement
- Owner and approval status
- Test device, date, and result
For automated high-volume production, use a dedicated batch platform or your own production system. Never assume one successful sample proves every destination and printed placement will scan.
